Disproportionate Numbers
of Minority Students in Special Education: Are

of minority students in special education? Several
expert panels have recommended that to reduce over
representation, interventions must occur early before
a student is referred to special education. With A3
SOS and AIP, struggling learners are identified early
and intervention plans with scientifically based instructional

They Fail: With A3 AIP you can establish the criteria
used to determine at risk learners and A3 AIP will
automatically identify those students who meet the
